Reserve Class


Book your class up to 48 hours in advance by using the YMCA App, asking a team member at the Welcome Center, or online by CLICKING HERE.

When to Show Up


Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time so that you can warm-up, stretch, and be ready for your time slot. We provide small lockers for things like keys, wallet, and a phone. Really, they’re small… so nothing more.

Hydrate & Stretch


Make sure you hydrate before, during, and after every class. It’s important to stretch during your warm-up and cool-down too. Feel free to use our lobby for some space to stretch it out.

What to Bring


Wear comfortable active wear and a good pair of sneakers. Bring your own water bottle, a small towel, and ALL the power you got! We provide all the equipment needed for each class.

THE CLOCK


40 MINUTES. 4 ZONES. 10 MINUTES EACH.

We have perfected the formula for a modern fitness experience. Based on a foundation of proven exercise science methods, Power40 is a 40-minute workout with 4 specific zones that are each programmed to focus on strength, endurance, cardio, agility, and of course, power! 

To keep you on your toes, we are always switching it up with new workouts daily. Each zone is 10 minutes long and consists of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) using a wide variety of exercise equipment. Because of this, there’s an endless amount of workout combinations that ensure you will never repeat the same workout twice.

 
 
 

FEEL THE SPARK EVEN AFTER YOU’RE DONE


You can expect to burn up to 600 calories per session and, because of the scientifically-backed interval training, you’ll continue to burn calories up to 24-48 hours after your workout!
